Our Story
VMA Consulting Group was founded in 2016 by Angela and Victor Myles with a shared commitment to strengthening leaders and organizations serving their communities.
The firm grew from years of firsthand experience in nonprofit leadership, community outreach, program development, organizational formation, and funding strategy.
Angela understood the challenges many visionary leaders face because she had lived them herself: carrying a powerful mission, building programs with limited resources, creating systems while serving people, and learning how to position an organization for sustainable funding.
Through that experience, one truth became clear:
A strong vision needs an organization capable of carrying it.
Today, VMA Consulting Group serves as the direct consulting and strategic advisory arm of the broader VMA ecosystem. Angela leads the firm’s client engagements, while Victor remains an important part of the company’s foundation and legacy.

Meet Angela Myles
Angela Myles is an organizational strategist, former nonprofit CEO, and founder of VMA Consulting Group LLC.
Since 2009, she has helped nonprofit, ministry, and mission-driven leaders develop organizations, strengthen community programs, improve internal systems, and pursue sustainable funding.
Her work is informed by firsthand experience. As a nonprofit executive and community outreach leader, Angela helped grow an outreach budget from approximately $500 to $25,000, then to $169,000, and ultimately to more than $1.2 million in less than three years.
Through consulting, organizational development, program strategy, and funding support, Angela reports helping organizations leverage more than $10 million for community impact.
Her service and community work have also received recognition from members of the United States Congress, the United States Senate, and state legislative offices.
Today, Angela works directly with visionary leaders who understand that a powerful mission requires strong plans, sound programs, effective systems, and an organization capable of sustaining the work. She along with the VMAC team are experts in their field.
